Lecce...

Buon Giorno Tutti!

Ilove Lecce! It is an incredible city! Anziano Petersen and I are working hard and it is just so awesome to be here! I am grateful that I have the oppurtunity to serve here and give it my all. It has been an awesome few days to start things off. In my first 4 days we found 3 new investigators and we are hoping to fix some baptismal dates this week and get them to Church. We already have a few other investigators who we are going to help progress this week. Really, I am so excited to be here with Anziano Petersen! He really is a great missionary with a great desire to have the spirit guide him in this work. We set some high goals to reach this week and I really feel that we can reach them. Lecce is ready to explode. The people are ready. It is so cool! Just walking on the street and talking with people we are meeting people who are accepting to hear us. It is so cool! We have a ton of contacts to work with and things are going great! It is an honor to be here and watch Lecce grow and progress. I have seen the two cities that I have worked in turn into Wards of Zion. I only think that it would be fitting to see Lecce make the same step. It has a little ways to go, but it will happen. I know it. I am happy. It is good to be doing this work and learning every day. This week I have worked more on coming to know who my Heavenly Father is. I have been studying the scriptures and trying to understand and see the big picture again. It has been really good to do this. I have felt a greater desire to do the work well and give it my all because I have been seeing the beautiful big picture!

Well, I am still getting adjusted to the swing of things here down in the South, but it has been great! I am still learning the names of people and stuff and it is kind of hard haha, but it is great! Conference went really well and I learned some great things from the talks! It was cool! 

This city has the coolest architecture! It is such a beautiful city! It is really peaceful and nice being here! The people are nice and the food is maybe the best in the world! I love it! We got to take off jackets this week, so that is also a nice thing seeing that everything is warming up. The house here in Lecce is nice! it is new and nice! Like it has air conditioning! That will make the summer a little more nice haha. I am so happy to be in this new city serving with an awesome new companion! Great things are coming for this city!

There are two other missionaries, Anziano Del Dotto and Anziano Lewis. They are great! It is awesome! Oh, also, I took the boat across the Sea again, took a fast train down to Lecce from Rome and it was fun! I also saw St. Peters from the train window, I will try to include a photo.
