Buongiorno tutti!
Come state? Another week down and finally the weather really starts to cool down a bit.
This week has been good, again a little bit slow but still good. So earlier in the week we got this call from a girl from our English Course saying that she needed religion in her life because she was going through a rough time in her life. We set up a meeting for the next day and unfortunately she cancelled 10 minutes before we met. So, we set up another meeting for the next day and the same thing happened. We set up another meeting the next day and again the same thing happened. In general this is kind of how our week has gone and is the reason it has been very slow. Oristano is a very quiet city and there is not that much stuff going on. We did a lot of finding this week with little to show for it. It is getting a little annoying, we are just trying to refresh our pool of investigators but it is hard to simply get things flowing.
We are not really sure what to do with R* at all right now. She has been very very busy and she can't meet us, but she is reading the book of mormon and on the phone she asked us a bunch of really good questions. She is really genuine but she just doesnt have time to even go out with friends, let alone meet with us. It is kind of a bummer. On the phone she also told us she may be going down to Argentina in October for something, so that will just make it even more difficult to meet.
It has been cool having two other missionaries here. It has taken some adjusting though, it is definitely a good thing though. The members love having two italians serving here. Well, that is basically all I can think of this week. Overall a very normal week in the life of a missionary. Time is flying by, I keep realizing how I need to just keep going and give it my all. It is awesome here! I love Italy!
