I Feel Like I am on the TV Show LOST...

BUONGIORNO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, yeah, I am excited about writing this letter. A lot is happening and a lot has happened. A super week!

So first things first... GABRIELE GOT BAPTIZED!!! That is sooooooooo awesome! The service went really well on Saturday and there was a nice spirit during the entire thing. Anziano Kennedy and I are pretty excited about all of that! I was the one who baptized him, we had a little font that we had to construct in a courtyard at our Church and we hopped in and he went under the first time and everything went really well! Sorella Bonavoglia was so happy for him and she gave one of the talks in the service and it was awesome! Anziano Kennedy gave the other talk. We had an awesome baptismal service! The next day a member in our branch gave Gabriele the Holy Ghost, so it is official! I am so happy for him! It will be soooo good for his family. Overall, that is sooooooooooo awesome! It has been a while since I have seen a baptism and this is the first baptism I have performed in the mission, so pretty cool experience. He was a pretty tall guy, so it was kind of hard to lift him back up out of the water haha. Well, I am happy!

Soooo, to add to our already busy Saturday. We also recieved transfer calls and some pretty big news. Both Anziano Kennedy and I are getting transfered and they are shutting down one of the Lecce companionships. Also, Anziano Lewis is going. So, only Anziano Kelley will remain and train a new guy coming in. So, Anziano Lewis is going to Napoli, Anziano Kennedy is going to Bari and I am going to....

Wait for it....

Wait for it...

I am going back to the lost island... Sardegna! In fact, I am going to be in the same district that I was in for 7 months of my mission. In fact.... I am going from the furthest east point of the mission, to the furthest west point of the mission. In fact... I am going to a little town named Oristano! Haha, really funny that I am going there, but it will be awesome! As for my companion... Well, I can't say that I know who it is yet, because I am getting blown in training... Well, that will be interesting... I am really excited for this next transfer! It is going to be hotter than who knows what and it is going to be crazy hard in such a small city, but we are going to make it awesome! I am soooo excited! The Island has called me back and I can't escape its pull. Mom, I think we watched too much of Lost before I came on the mission, it is obviously playing a part in where I get transfered. Well, this is going to be a good transfer.

Basically that is all of the new news this week. Two pretty big things. Next week I will be writing you and telling you all who my new companion is. I am happy to be out here. The mission is fun.

Well, until next week... Don't you all enjoy the beach too much without me. I will be there soon enough.

Sincerely,

Anziano Burton

The pics... The baptism of course... Anziano Kennedy, Presidente Scordari and I, the Branch Presidency... And, me with a nice new haircut that I got today.
